These Terms & Conditions govern access to and purchases from EL-KAYAN Store. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
1. Products, information, and availability
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices. Minor differences in appearance may occur, and genuine errors may be corrected. Products and offers remain subject to availability.
2. Orders
After an order is submitted, EL-KAYAN reviews product availability, price, and payment before confirming it. If the order cannot be completed because a product is unavailable, a genuine pricing or technical error occurs, payment is unsuccessful, or there is a reasonable fraud concern, the customer will be notified promptly and any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
3. Payment
Payment must be made using the methods shown at checkout. Payment status and transaction references may be provided by the payment provider; EL-KAYAN Store does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
4. Shipping and delivery
Processing and estimated delivery times, order tracking, and delivery support are explained in the Delivery & Shipping Policy.
5. Cancellation, returns, and refunds
Cancellation and return requests are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. That policy explains the 14-day return-request period, applicable conditions and exceptions, inspection, and refund processing.
6. Warranty
Warranty coverage and duration vary by product and brand. Please review the Warranty Policy and the terms shown on the product page, invoice, warranty card, or written quotation.
7. Customer data and privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including data used to manage accounts, process orders, deliver products, and provide support.
8. Intellectual property
Store content, including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and product information, belongs to EL-KAYAN or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without the relevant owner's permission.
9. Our commitment to customers
EL-KAYAN aims to provide accurate information and products that match the confirmed order, and to handle any order or product issue clearly and fairly under the published policies and applicable Egyptian law. If a product is defective or does not match the order, the case will be reviewed and the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund arranged under our Warranty Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

These terms may be updated when store practices, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain published on this page.
